These terms govern your use of soundtoseanc.com (the "Site"), operated by Sound to Sea, a brand of 114 Beachwood Drive Holdings LLC. By using the Site, you agree to them.
Bookings and rental terms
Reservations are made through our booking provider (OwnerRez) and are subject to the rental agreement, rates, fees, and cancellation policy presented at the time of booking. Those booking terms, not this page, govern your reservation and stay. We aim to keep rates, availability, and property details accurate, but they can change and are confirmed only at the point of booking.
Cancellation policy
Reservations follow a fair, tiered cancellation policy, confirmed in your booking agreement at the time of booking:
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
- 15 to 30 days before arrival: 50% refund.
- Within 14 days of arrival: no refund.
You pay 50% to reserve, with the balance due 30 days before arrival. There is no separate cancellation fee. The cancellation terms presented in your OwnerRez booking agreement govern your reservation.
Use of the Site
Please use the Site lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt it, misuse our forms, or copy our content, photography, or branding without permission.
Photography and content
All text, photography, and the Sound to Sea name and marks on this Site are owned by us or our licensors and may not be reused without written permission.
No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or completely accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sound to Sea is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing here limits the rights you have under your booking agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after we post changes means you accept the updated terms.
