Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Sound to Sea, operated by 114 Beachwood Drive Holdings LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), handles information when you visit soundtoseanc.com or contact us about a stay. We keep this simple and we don't sell your data.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), and any details you include when you submit our contact form or request a discount code.
- Usage data. Aggregated analytics about how visitors use the site (pages viewed, device type, general location, and the campaign or link that referred you), collected through Google Analytics.
- Booking data. If you book direct, your reservation and payment details are collected and processed by our booking provider (OwnerRez) under their own privacy terms, not stored on this website.
How we use it
- To respond to your questions and help you plan and book a stay.
- To send the discount code you requested and occasional updates and offers about the property. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand and improve the website.
Service providers we share with
We use trusted third parties to run the site and our guest communications, and we share only what's needed for them to do their job:
- OwnerRez, direct booking, availability, and payment processing.
- Google Analytics, website analytics.
- Cloudflare, website hosting, our contact and guide-request forms, and the emails those forms send.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies for analytics, and we ask for your consent before any non-essential (analytics) cookies are set. You can change your choice or block and delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of our emails at any time. Just email [email protected].
Children
This site is intended for adults booking travel and is not directed at children under 13.
